With over 22 years of frontline hospitality service; she hails from the beautiful Island of Jamaica where they live and breathe hospitality.She worked in many 5 star resorts such as Superclub Grand Lido Resort where she had themopportunity of working in one of their prestigious French fine dining restaurants where she served VIPs, Ministers and foreign dignitaries. She then moved to the beautiful by nature Turks and Caicos Islands in 1999, where she made the Islands her home. She worked at Beaches Resort Villages & Spa for over Sixteen (16) years; in this tenure she worked to open 3 villages in the Beaches Resort whilst working as a Restaurant manager and promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage manager.

Customer service is an utmost importance for her. She was trained and certified by the Guild of Professional English Butler service by ‘RobertmWatson’, There she served celebrities, high profile clients.mIn 2017 she moved to the Villa Industry where she worked at the number 1 ranked villa resort on Turks and Caicos Islands - TripAdvisor, as a Butler/Housekeeping supervisor.
